Stayed the same. Ain't the first time and I guess it won't be the
last time. I'm going to really buckle down this coming week. Still
ahead of my "lose a pound a week" goal.

Hey Richard...........staying the same means you're doin' something right
.........with the exception of this week's WI, I had 3 weeks in a row
where I only went down 0.6, then stayed the same, then stayed the same
again.......

Stick to what you've been doing and you will certainly see a nice loss soon!

well i am certain i will gain this week, i was a tad naughty on my birthday
dinner..........but i enjoyed it lol

The human body is capable of safely losing up to TEN pounds a week. If you
abandoned the "treats" that WW encourages you to lust after as rewards (for
achieving what?), you'd get down to normal weight quickly.

It just takes willpower, not dues payments to WW.
