That is such a great way to look at it, Rob. Even though some weeks are
gains and some are losses, you've done incredibly well overall and you're happy with your progress. That's excellent! Congratulations! Cheers, Petal "rob" wrote in message om... 17 weeks on WW and 17 pounds lost
Yeah, sometimes it's slow, sometimes it's up, and, hopefully, most
times it's down. The reason it's better this way? Because in addition to losing weight, we're also learning how to eat normally, to accommodate for special occasions, and to make adjustments for fluctuations. For my money, those lessons are the hardest part but also the most essential for permanent weight loss. You've got the right attitude. Keep it going. Think of it this way - 56 lbs at a pound a week is just over a year! By this time next year, you'll be able to buy that sexy swim shorts when they comes into the shop, ready for your holiday! Slow and steady is the weigh to go. WW recommends losing 1 to 2 pounds per
week. Any faster than that and you run the risk of not learning how to eat properly and will regain the weight when you reach goal. "rob" wrote in message om...
