Food & Exercise -- 10/31/2007
Usual Wednesday schedule -- gym, errands (more than usual), then
home. I've been getting ready to head out of town tomorrow to the American Wine Society's National Conference down in Winston-Salem. For a change, this was a day of normal eating :-). Food: * 7:30 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dates * 11:00 (gym, between lifting & yoga): granola bar * 3:00 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup * 7:30 (home): 2 cups garden vegetable soup w/ 4 turkey meatballs added; 1 1/2 glasses wine Exercise: * 10:15: Lifting: walking lunges w/ barbell; plie squats; stiff-legged deadlifts; leg extensions; calf extensions; hip adductor; hip abductor * 11:15: 1 hour stretch/balance class * 12:30: Swimming: 425 meters Chris 262/130s/130s |
