Default Yeehaw! What I ate today and Fitday numbers!

I went back on Atkins induction on Monday, no sweat. It was easier this
time because I know what I can and can't eat now without looking things
up, guessing at what has carbs, etc.

I've never used Fitday before, but just for the heck of it I put in what I
ate today, and I'm so happy that all the numbers are nearly exactly where
I'd want them to be!

calories: 1408
carbohydrates: 13 (yes, I included my decaf coffee, sweet n low, half n
half, etc)
% calories from fat: 66%
% calories from protein: 32%
% calories from carbohydrates: 2%

Other than calories being a trifle low, it's still good to know that I can
estimate my meals so closely! (I'll add a few more Spanish olives to my
lunch tomorrow

Oh yeah, what I ate:
I had 2 cups decaf for breakfast (I never have eaten breakfast, I'll never
change)
Muenster cheese and Spanish olives for lunch, another cup of decaf
Cube steak on George Foreman grill, sauerkraut with plenty of butter, and
more olives for dinner

Plus I drank 3 or 4 bottles of water today and took plenty of natural
vitamins and supplements.

Oh yeah, and I've lost nine pounds since Monday! I know that a lot of it's
water weight from the induction levels of eating, but what the hey. The
shock of finding out a few days ago that I'm T2 diabetic was exactly the
motivation I needed to return to my Atkins plan gung-ho.
