Default Need Low-Carb Slow Cooker Recipes

Thanks everybody for your suggestions. The bottom line is, I'm just
basically winging it; slow cooking apparently is far from an exact science.
I like that.

At 5 am this morning I cut up a head of cabbage and put it in with some
spices, a bit of chopped celery and 2 cups of water (I have a 6 quart oval
slow cooker, it took 2 cups to cover the bottom to about 1/2" deep), then
put a big corned beef on top. I'm leaving it cooking on "low" all day.
Gonna be a delicious dinner this evening, and I should get several meals out
of it. This is almost *too* easy! So little work, so many meals!
