Thinking about trying Hydroxycut
Coffee does not normalize thermogenic responses. Obesity scientists
looked into it and found ". . . the ephedrine/caffeine combination is effective, while caffeine and ephedrine separately are ineffective for the treatment of human obesity" (1). Then just tough it out and take longer to lose the weight. You don't need that crap. Speak for yourself. I had juvenile-onset morbid obesity and despite trying pretty much every conventional weight loss method, I ended up weighing over 600 pounds. I was practically bed ridden when I read the medical literature on ephedrine/caffeine. It corrected my thermogenic responses just like the obesity scientists said, and I lost hundreds of pounds. So, yes, I do need ephedrine/caffeine -- the same as countless people with many different diseases need to take medicine. If you are lucky enough that you can lose weight without medicine, I'm happy for you. But I hope you will try to keep an open mind concerning others who are less fortunate than you. Thinking about trying Hydroxycut
"lolo" wrote in message
om... Any advice on Hydroxycut? Im getting married in September and want to drop some weight. Any input/suggestions for alternatives welcome. Its a tool in losing fat, albeit an expensive tool, but if your diet and exercise routine are out of line, Hydroxycut (or any other thermogenic) will be a total waste of money. Don't expect it to be a magic pill. Its not. dave h |
