Default Ak, final SWWC, Maintenance wrong way !

It was an interesting experiment. This week I am going for around 10 points
less than last week.

Well, maintaining is staying within 2 of goal and you are definitely
doing that so all is well. Good for you to try to eat all your flex to
see what happened. Now you know. Now I know too!!!

I do want to be more than .4 under my goal though, just in case. This is a
great time for me to watch my average weight chart though. It had me losing
a fraction this week. Their scale is much flakier than mine as a general
rule, which is why I need a little space in there. No telling when theirs
might be wieghing 3 or 4 heavy and if I am right at goal, I would have to
pay. Paying is Bad. Free is Good. Considering where I started, I love my
weight where it is now, but I do need a little safety net.

meaningless fluctuations. And you also know why. So overall - fine
job

I feel your pain, Lesanne: Being up half a pound ain't no fun.

BUT you have an idea about the reason for it and are taking steps to
reverse the trend. Seems that every step of the way contains important
lessons and every time one is learned, a new lesson pops up to take
its place. Guess that's why we consider this a way of living!

Thanks Fred. MY scale said I lost a half pound, but then THeirs said I did
that Last week and Mine said................ you know. I think I am Most
successful at maintaining. I want to get to 160 though so I joined up the
new challenge. That should be interesting with halloween, and thanksgiving,
and christmas in there...

I joined quickly, too.

Yes, the next "few" months present a series of challenges. Christmas
the worst since there seem to be a neverending supply of parties and
open houses and FOOD! At least Thanksgiving is really that one day
and maybe a leftover or two (G)
