Food & Exercise -- 8/21/2007
Went for a morning run, though it was a tad rainy out. In the
afternoon I worked at the conservancy briefly (just a couple of hours -- not too much to be done today), then went by the winery to drink some wine. Food: * 8:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dried blueberries * 11:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices f/f cheese & grated hard cheese * 2:00 (driving from conservancy to winery): energy bar * 2:15 -- 3:15 (winery): 2 glasses wine (Chardonnay) * 7:45 (home): salad w/ greens, veggies, ~5 oz. grilled filet mignon, a little crumbled blue cheese, & calorie-free blue cheese dressing Exercise: * 7:15: 3 mile run Chris 262/130s/130s |
