Default Food & Exercise -- 2/15/2007

Spent most of the day at home, though I went out to run a few local
errands after lunch and then stopped by the winery for a visit. It
was much too cold for my usual Thursday run -- single digit wind
chills -- I still wasn't eager to drive to the gym (though I plan to
tomorrow). Most main roads were pretty clear by this afternoon,
though schools are still closed tomorrow. The non-plowed terrain is
pretty amazing. We had about three inches of sleet that froze and was
then topped by about an inch of ice. It looks really pretty -- like
really glittery snow -- and it's like walking or driving on solid ice
-- one's feet, or even car tires, don't make a dent. (I was supposed
to go work at the conservancy tomorrow with a bunch of other
volunteers starting to lay out a new trail, but this requires access
to the actual ground so will be impossible. We've rescheduled :-).)
Anyway...

Food:

* 9:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated romano
* 12:45 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on 1 slice whole
wheat bread w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 2:00 (at the bank, which turned out to be having a sort of
Valentine's open house, rescheduled from yesterday): 1/2 oz. cheese; 1
water cracker; 3 bite-sized pastries
* 3:30 (winery): 9 oz. wine
* 5:00 (home): 1 oz. peanuts
* 7:45 (home): 2 cups chunky pot roast soup

Totals: 1534 calories (173 from alcohol), 43g fat (25%), 127g carbs
(33%), 115g protein (30%)

Exercise: none, apart from a bit of housework
