Default Mistake?

During your time off, were you working out alot less too? If so, then it
may be lessoning of muscle? Maybe your mild re-feed helped?

I seem to have been holding some waterweight. . .

I had a constant weight of 188lb for the two weeks I was off my diet.

This
morning I went to the scales and it read . . . 184lb!!! I have been
drinking enough and weighed myself at the same time of day. Should I

expect
that to come back on or not??

Congratulations. It's not uncommon to lose a few pounds when you've taken
a few days off from your plan. If you were drinking less water or a little
heavier on the carbs than usual this might be the reason.

Take it! Just stick to your plan.
