Default Cold Hands

Does anyone know any causes of why my hands would start to get cold? This
has only started happening since low carbing.

The room is warm, I'm not chilly at all....quite comfortable. But my hands
just all of a sudden start to freeze.

Is is just lack of calories? Is this a sign your body is using energy or
something?

I freeze all over, since I have been low carbing. I am never warm. I
have sweats and a sweater on as I am typing this.

I already have Reynauld's syndrome..... can't go by a deep freeze or
the chiller section of the supermarket without my hands going
purple....

Wonder if LC is an accelerant......

Cold hands, warm heart.

I used to have cold hands when I diet, but now that I work out so much it
seems not to happen anymore. Not sure why.

I'm not sure what causes it.. but I can sure relate !
Hubby calls me "popsicle" as a joke name now.
I'm always cold.. and quite often I'm cuddled on the couch with a
sweatshirt, sweatpants, heat up, and a blanket over me LOL

I Used to wear shorts all year long til LC.

I must be the oddball then because I heat up when I LC esp. at night
when I sleep. Have to sleep with a fan in the winter time.
