Default What's your BMI?

On April 16th mine was 28.1 (5'6", 174)

As of June 27, mine is 24.8.(5'6", 153.8)

That's about 9 1/2 weeks on the atkins induction plan. I'd really like to
get some cushion in the BMI, say 23.0-23.5. Maybe in the next month or two.

Mine is 26.5 and I am just a few pounds (3 or 4) over what I would
consider to be my ideal weight.

BMI should not be used as a measure of overweight or obesity.

I'm at 25.4 currently (6 foot 3, 203). I think I gained a pound or
two.

Damn carb creep.

Just be careful since BMI isn't a very useful metric if you have more
than an average amount of muscle. If you're athletic at all, you'll
probably show up as overweight. If you have access to a body fat
analyzer, that's probably your best bet.
