Frustrated
Hi Priscilla,
You've gone from 332 to 317. That is great. You didn't mention how long it took you, or maybe I missed that in your post, but 15 pounds is a great achievement. According to Atkins, the way you are eating and with your exercise, you are due for a whoosh soon. You will feel much better, and stay away from the baked potato!! I am suspcious about whooshes and fast weight loss. But hey, just get thin and live long.... How are you feeling? Good energy? Rich R. "HRHdotp" wrote in message ... This is my 5th week of LC'ing.
