Support groups all women
would like to join one for social outing and support and motivation, on
eating, not exercise, need to eat less and better, can't seem to stop reaching for comfort food on my own. The groups (Weigh****chers and TOPS Club) are great, but i am the only male at the meetings, don't fit in at all. Ugghhh, too shy
