Lots of angry fat people here. LC works, but most cry babies want their ice
cream and bagels. Get thin, exercise, and stay healthy. As much as JC ticks
me off, he is right in many ways.

I'm not angry, and I don't want ice cream or bagels, and I exercise and I
love it!! Yet, you still told me I had a "fat mindset" and I'm still
waiting to hear back on what that means. Seriously, I know some people
here dismiss you, but I'm genuinely curious. Do you mean it in the sense
that I still think of myself as fat, that I'm more comfortable being fat,
or what? And what specifically did I say that made you say that in the
first place? It was in the thread about my new pants, remember? I'm
choosing to take what you said as constructive criticism, since this is a
support group and people are here to support each other, so I assume that
you said it for my benefit and not to be mean, but I am genuinely confused
because I don't know what you meant by the term and I don't know what I
said that prompted it. If you tell me what a "fat mindset" is and show me
the evidence of how I demonstrated it, then maybe I can identify it in
myself and work to change it. In the meantime, I'll keep eating LC and
working out and losing weight anyway, but if you see some psychological
pitfall in my way that I'm unaware of, I'd appreciate the heads up.

IMO, he's just egging you on.....There is simply nothing to that
statement...if you keep working at it, you will fit into those pants. I see
no reason to believe that you won't - given time. Neither does Rich, imo.

Like you, JC's a bitter, cranky, mean-spirited man.

Get off your high-horse, already. Lighten up. You can disagree with
people without being a donkey's hindquarters, y'know.

You mean an "ass". Quite agree with you.

Hi Roger,

Sorry, yo are wrong. Diet is important, but exercise is the critical

factor.

I honestly think that exercise helps, but the main way to keep weight

off
is
to monitor your eating. If you don't control that properly, exercise

won't
keep you from being or getting fat.

Now, having said that, butch up and get back on your weight training,

dood.

Hi JC,

For one, exercise tends to curb ones' appetite. And two, it is much easier
to overeat that to exercise too much. Therefore, exercise, at the end of the
day, is more important.
