Frustrated
If you are working out a lot, you may be converting fat to muscle. Muscle
is more dense and will cause a "weigh gain" HTH B "HRHdotp" wrote in message ... This is my 5th week of LC'ing. I use no caffiene, no aspertame or any sweetner other than Splenda and very little of that. I keep my carbs between 20 and 25 daily. I bowflex and walk, I drink enough water to float a battle ship. I have not "cheated" (and I have wanted to very much!) I had no weight loss last week, so took the advice from JC to eat less and exercise more and today when I weighed in I'm up 2 lbs. I'm not going to wreck the other 15 that I've lost, but right now I'd like to just eat the biggest baked potato and all the chocolate and biscuits and gravy and pretty much anything else that is full of carbs. I'm afraid if I don't lose something next week, even a pound that will just be the end of me! Anyone have any constructive ideas? Priscilla 332/317/170 8/27/03 |
