Our leader recommends that we re-read the "getting started" book whenever we
are stuck. Review your goals and the WW plan book/website to refresh your
memory of how the program works.

8 stone is incredible, so firstly well done for that. Keep that figure in
mind, because it shows how far you've come already. One or two days off is
not going to make you put all that weight on again.

How about promising yourself that you will stay OP just for *today*?
Yesterday went, tomorrow isn't here yet, but if you can just stay on track
for today, then see what happens tomorrow.

I had a blow out on Sunday. Yesterday (Monday), I told myself to stay OP
just for the day and today it seems a lot easier because I feel like I'm
back in the habit already.

However you get on, I wish you all the best.
