week 193 girly news
I do! I've just been on vacation (still am) and mostly lurking now that I
have access again. I have a long drive home (DH driving) tomorrow and was planning on working on replies to the messages I kept, inlcuding this one It's good you're going back in the right direction. The whole weight loss thing is a continual learning process. You are going in the right direction! Congratulations. Increasing the amount of healthy fats to what WW suggests certainly can't do any harm. Let us know how it works out. I even asked my leader and it is "suggested" when on flex, but is "required"
when on core. This a hard thing for me as if I have a problem food it is fat, DH keeps chocolate in the house and peanut butter as well neither phases me, but I am always afraid that if I eat any fat I will eat it all, Lee Brenda Hammond wrote in message ... I was on vacation last week, Wednesday through Sunday in New York so this is the first time I've seen your post. I use olive oil when I cook so that's how I get my fats most of the time.
