I was hoping that a bigger loss would show on the scale this morning as it
showed a loss of 4 lbs earlier in the week, but it was not to be! Overdid
it a little on Canada Day, then yesterday got a call from DH's aunt that
family from England was visiting and we were invited for lunch. Not many
good choices there for someone following WW, but I tried to do my best not
to overdo it too much. I didn't drink enough water either! The scale
showed a loss of 1 lb. this morning, but it's better than a gain and I'm
happy about that and look forward to next weeks WI.

Today is the start of a new week and I am off shortly to mow the lawn and
get in some activity points first thing.

Last night my sister in laws and I took DS to the beach. It was the first
time I have been swimming in the ocean in about 30 years! Felt great!

Good luck to everyone this week.

Brenda

Great job on that Brenda. Keep it up like that and you will be a different woman this time next year.

The one pound loss is very good and if you just keep on the program, the rest of it will come off too. Have a good week and try to get in more swimming in the ocean. I'll be at the coast in two weeks and can't wait.

Thanks Audrey. Don't think I'll make it swimming in the ocean for at least the next few days. Perhaps on the weekend.
