Default Quick Question

I am really struggling through the induction phase, and it didn't make
it any better when I found out that the Chicken Breast Strips I ate
from Jack in the Box weren't low in carbs (36 grams per serving!). I
understand that it takes approximately two days for your carb reserves
to wear out during induction and for ketosis to begin. I was planning
on staying under 15 grams a day starting today but unfortunately that
is not going to happen. Also, any advice on limits of calories or fat
would be helpful. I was thinking of 1500 calories a day and maybe 30%
of that from fat. Anything regarding induction and what has helped
you would be of great help to me.

Thanks,
tmb
