Low carb liver flush?
I've been meaning to do this for a while (mainly for my rosacea), but most
of the recipes I've found involve apple juice. Does anyone know of a recipe that contains lower carb ingredients? Thanks. |

They say it's good for a whole lot of different reasons. |

There's no way anything can get from the liver back into the intestines, unless it's bile, and you can get rid of that just by eating enough fiber. Also, always a good idea to make sure you're drinking enough water, to flush lots of things out (by going #1 though . Now, if you have a SPECIFIC something you want to flush out of your body, let us know and we'll see if there's something to suggest. But to ask for a generic "clean my liver" is not enough information for us. They say it's good for a whole lot of different reasons. Mostly for filling their pocketbooks. |

Liver flush? hahahahahahahaha Sorry. But when I read these kinds of posts I almost wish I didn't have a conscience so I could line my pockets with the money the gullible and ignorant flock to throw away on ridiculous notions. Jamie has a boiler plate post response that explains the "stones" found in the so-called flush. Hey Jamie?
