Oprah show
I saw part of the Oprah show on "diet successes" on monday and found
it a little strange. The people/couples I saw who were describing their plans that made them successful were all low carbing but it's like they weren't allowed to say that. But they all mentioned that they cut out sugar and starch. It just struck me as very strange. it was like they were trying to downplay the low carb part of the success story. It's too bad they felt that they had to do that. Even Oprah made some comment about how when she eats bread it makes her want to eat more and more bread/food and so she can't eat bread. Just an observation. they really need to get over their dislike of "atkins" and other low carb food plans. Susan |

Oprah show
Yes, sort of like Dr. Phil a couple of weeks ago, when he was going to
put the "diet buddies" on a quick start weight loss for two weeks by cutting the sugar and starch out of their meal plan, but don't you dare call it low carb. LOL -- Cheri Type 2, no meds for now.
