Lee this makes perfect sense to me. All I need to do is label something
forbidden and it takes a front seat on the menu.

and you as an example prooves that some is genetics, predisposition to

problems, slow loser, and also the genetics of self preservation, I
believe
that the need for self preservation, like knowing when you are full or

too
full are in some part biological and therefore must be dealt with. I do
not
seem to have a full switch so counting points for me is an external
control

Oh, same here! You have no idea how much I craved red wine, strong
black coffee and cheese when they were off the menu! Red wine still has
adverse effects, as does too much cheese, but I can drink the coffee in
moderation, so I want it much less than I did. Beer too - I love thick
dark knife and fork type real ales like Trappist beers and some of our
British brews like Wadsworth 6X and porters, but they did such cruel
things to me for a while that I almost never touch them these days. If
DH is having a beer, I'll have a sip or two of his, but that usually
does me fine. Because I CAN have it, I don't NEED it.
