Usually, any trolling that you see here is because someone
cross-posted from one of the more argumentative newsgroups. Most here
do not cross-post and we try to ignore the occasional troll that does
show. Sometimes temptation overcomes discretion.

so, what did you want to know about WW? You will find that this group, will
discuss WW with you till the cows come home, but will not respond to
cross-posts at all. Which is why we tend to succeed there I think, we stay
on topic. Now, since you are not trying to get us in a fight with the low
carb group, what was it you wanted to discuss ?

that I understand ) I've spent the last day reading success stories ..
*sigh* .. my weight goes up and down although at the moment i'm 4.6kg down
from my starting weight. I stick religiously to the diet and have even
managed to get HWMBO onto it as well (3.6kg down). He's actually doing much
better than I am although i'm not sure why....

Men usually lose faster than women do. I believe it is because they have
more muscle mass and a quicker metabolism.
