I am too busy to find the "real" posts in the mess. I will continue to check in though so that I can participate more when the eff ups go back into whatever hole they crawled out of.

Good way to handle those eff ups.

This is strictly a "feel good" ng. Ignore any posts you disagree with. By all means, don't discuss the eff ups' posts!!!

Look up there in the headers, "Grant." See where it says
"alt.SUPPORT.diet.weigh****chers" ? Do you see that? Good.

There are plenty of Usenet discussion groups that do not have the word
"support" in the title of the group. Plenty of those groups even
discuss body size, eating, health etc etc.

A support group is designed for ... wait for it ... support. That does
include some very limited disagreement, but the main focus and purpose
of the group is support. If you want to give and/or receive support in
your participation in the Weight Watchers program, this is the place
for you.

If you would rather talk about weight and health and calories and body
size in a more challenging environment in which argument and not
support is the main thing, knock yourself out. But this ain't it.

through is like pouring water over a flood isn't it?

actually funny.. some are plain stupid.. heh... sounds like the world
dunnit?

It too shall pass.. we need a fun tread..

Probably. Is it your perception that I did that?

It's troll season.. play with them,. ignore them... killfile them..

Sometimes I respond to trolls in order to offer information or help or
suggestions to other folks in the group who read what I write. I
assume that most people just spin through the troll posts without
really reading them, like I do.

I didn't point at you or anyone.. just been a lot of "There's so many
useless troll post lately" type of post.. don't even know who made then..
and it doesn't matter..

I play with troll sometimes, ignore them sometimes.. appreciate their wit
sometimes.. ignore their gross stupidity somtimes..

I don't killfile because it's too much troubles..

Because in some instances, one or two senders represent a large
portion of the noise. Killfiling them involves almost no effort, and
increases the signal:noise ratio quite nicely.
