And you're aware, I hope, that in some places, medieval nutrition amongst nobility and royalty resulted in normal height for a woman of 5 foot 0 inches and for men of 5 foot 5 inches. Also, medieval people did not have cars and walked a lot, which I do as well. Again, culture and time period? Many did, some didn't (speaking strictly of the upper classes here).
