Food (all at home):
8:30: 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 12:30: 1 can tuna (5 oz.) mixed w/ 1 oz chopped peanuts, 1/3 cup cut-up red grapes, and no-calorie blue cheese dressing 7:00: salad w/ 71g leftover grilled salmon, 144g green beans, sweet corn from one cob, 1 sliced hard-boiled egg, f/f vidalia onion dressing; 3 mint meringue cookies 11:00 (planned): ready-to-drink chocolate protein shakes Totals: 1312 calories, 41g fat (28%), 108g carbs (33%), 125g protein (38%) {too long between the 2nd and 3rd meal today -- was out shopping for a long time and hadn't brought anything with me} Averages for the week: 1321 calories, 31% fat, 36% carbs, 34% protein Exercise: Just a bunch of shopping and errand-running.
