weight guidelines and charts
I just checked the WW height X weight chart....147 to 177 pounds. I
have not weighed 177 since before high school...we wont even discuss the 147. It just seems unrealistic to me. As I said before my GW is 240. I think I will look thin at that weight, but that may be my skewed perception after years of being overweight. But I do know that after having done weightlifting and building leg muscles(30 inch thighs and 19.5 inch calfs) 177 is just not realistic. good thing I dont want to be a leader and have to submit to be lifetime. |
