cheating
I'm still on target for weight, but I seem to cheat more and more often. I
worry that carbs/sugar will shorten my life. |

It gets a little harder to get back on each time. Low carbing is easy to stay on but it's also easy to fall off. And each time getting back on can be hard or easy. Other than keeping the house clear of carby foods if anyone ever solves the problem of temptation you'll be rich beyond the dreams of Gates and Buffet. So the support I have to offer is as the cheering section - Rah rah, still at target weight. Huge accomplishment. Picture pom poms waving if you like. |

Remember that eating lots of food especially sweets can hinder weight loss, but this doesn't mean you can never have any treats. Never deprive yourself or this may lead to overeating. You just need to condition your mind to limit these foods to small quantities.
