Default Thanks a million well not quite would you believe -22.0??

First let me thank you all for posting. I do read alot of them. They
are a inspiration to me.


I was so worried about eating a half a can of choclate almonds and
half a can of cashews I doubled my exercise,took off shoes,watch, and
had nothing in my pockets. All that wasn't necessary. I lost 3.8 and
got my first 10%.

I have started interval walking. Hope to get a heart monitor. I have
my eye on one in the store.

Congrats on the great loss!! That is quite a whoosh!! I think I will get
a heart monitor too. Just have to wait until my next big
