i lost 3.6 this week, told you i shivverred it off. also my foot is getting
enough better i am able to actually move around long enough to do simple
household things and stand up for a while. I am sure it is going to be slow
going to get the gained weight off but it really is great to have a decent
loss and to have my foot feelng better, Lee

Well done! Nothing much moving here, but I also need to get off my rear
end and MOVE!

i am sure part of my gain was what/how much i ate and i have gotten that
better under control, but i am also sure not moving was a very large part of
the issue... good luck, Lee

Hi Lee and Kate,
My wi was tonight and I lost 1 lb. I've lost three weeks in a row, so
I am finally going in the right direction So far this month I'm down
3.8lbs. I set 3 small challanges for myself and so far so good, though
this past week was kind of tough. I tracked everything ,but just
didn't make very good desicions on what to eat. I hope that slump is
over! Girls, I'm working out for the both of us! lol
