Default Honeyville Textured Veg Protein as Cereal

I bought a can of Honneyville Farms textured vegetable protein. Was
planning on using it for other purposes, but while I was looking at
it, I wondered what it would taste like as is. I was amazed at how
close to a breakfast cereal it tastes. I just pour some cream or half/
half on it, together with some Splenda, a dash of vannilla, and
cinnamon and it's delicious. You could also add some nuts. I
think it's about 5g of carbs in a half cup. All the info is on their
website. Just make sure to get the unflavored version. I don't
think the TACO flavored would taste the same..... lol

And let's not start the whole soybeans are bad for you thing, OK. If
you don't want to eat it, just don;t.
