The Best Ketato Soup Recipe ( or Vichyssoise)
I used a brand called Keto Ketato Mix which is available at my local
Smith's supermarket 1 cup Ketato Mix 3 Tbs Butter 2 cloves garlic 4 green onions (or 2 Tbsp dried minced onions) 2 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 3/4 tsp salt dash white pepper dash nutmeg 1 Tbsp butter melt 3 Tbsp butter in a saucepan, sautee garlic and onions until soft, add broth and bring to boil, add Ketato mix and reduce heat, add heavy cream, salt and pepper. stir until thick. add butter and nutmeg right before you serve. patti you can look at the product he http://www.netrition.com/keto_ketato_mix_page.html I've also made twice baked potatoes with this stuff and they're awesome |

If you actually read the nutrition facts for Ketato mix, you would realize
that they are made from potatoes, and that they are primarily comprised of carbohydrates.
