one of the biggest benefits to starting WW is getting a realistic attitude,
giving up is not an option, this is who I am and how I eat and that is that,
the health benefits are wonderful, the weight loss is pleasant but not a
requirement for me continuing on this path, Lee

well I am up again but I can say I did NOT deserve it, so I can only

assume
it is the sugar from last week catching up, I am going to do core again

this
week to see what happens, I am disappointed but I am not distraught and I

am
NOT giving up, everyone have a great week, I might not be posting as much
this week due to work getting busier so if I don't answer your post do not
be offended, Lee, hoping she gets the time to read AND respond

Try lemon or lime in your water, lots of crushed ice and drink it with a
straw. See if this helps.

I think it is partly water because I didn't drink enough, my enough is
much
more than WW says to drink and I hate water, also I think the heat and
not
eating enough killed my metabolism, all of that is partly why I am not
worried, thanks Lee

Lee, do you think it may be more water retention. My wedding ring is
so
loose in the cold weather and now it is much tighter. Good luck this
week.

I do put in the lemon but NNNNOOOOO ice, that is a guaranteed return of
product, if it is too cold it will not stay down, DH says I am part cat as
it is like when your cat hurkes off the top of the refrigerator, Lee
