Watermelon
Brown rice as a side dish ( served with chicken/fish/tuna)
Subway Tuna sub (lettuce, bit of mayo and swiss cheese)
Crackers
Wheat Bread

Everything on moderation of course

Please, any feedback is highly appreciated!

Subway tuna subs are one of the highest calorie items they have. You can
eat whatever you want and not worry about gaining weight as long as you
don't eat more calories than you burn off.

How many calories per day do you burn? How many calories per day do you
eat? If you eat more than you burn, regardless of WHERE the calories are
coming from, you will gain weight. Hard to believe, but yes, the 6" Subway
tuna sub has over 500 calories and 31grams of FAT! Check it out here -
http://www.subway.com/applications/N...px?id=sandwich

A tuna fish sandwich from home can be prepared to be more healthy and lower
cal. Crackers are empty calories, and NOT good for any diet. Whole wheat
high fiber bread, with at least 4g of fiber is a pretty good food, and
something I include daily in my diet. Brown rice is also a healthier
alternative to white rice, but calorie dense and nutrient poor, imo.
Watermelon you can eat quite a bit of and it's fairly low in calories.

Bottom line, your list of foods will not prevent you from gaining weight if
you eat more than you metabolize in a day.

There are a relatively new thing.
They are bad for people.
We are not supposed to eat flour products.
I HATE FLOUR PRODUCTS.
They make me feel sick, depressed, and tired, and gain weight.
I ate them for most of my life before I realized that this **** was
doing these things to me.

The things you should avoid are sugar, flour, and any kind of bad fats:
saturated fat, trans-fat, partially hydrogenated oil. Also only eat a
small amount of salt.

The things you should get are raw fruits, raw vegetables, raw nuts,
lean meats, unsaturated fats, omega 3 fatty acids. wild salmon is the
best meat.

than you're eating.

Just amke sure your diet is balanced, and yes, moderation in all things.

It does seem a bit......limiting...doesn't it? I wonder if GA has been
reading Dr. Perricone.

How many calories does one spend if he sits around all day?

I still really don't get why you're supposed to stop living to be healthy..

I eat whatever I want, whenever I want, make an effort to make healthy
choices, I keep an eye on portions, work out reasonably... lost 7o lbs,
gained 10, am losing them...

I live, I go out, I eat out, I enjoy myself..
