Hello All,
I'm new to this support group. I am 5'4", and weigh 175 lbs (OUCH!).

I joined WW last year and managed to get down to 160, but for some dumb
reason I got off and the weight just kept adding up until I reached rock
bottom again.

This past Tuesday I joined WW again and am doing the Core plan ( I hated
counting on the Flex plan and felt hungrier as my points were being
used--psychological issues )

I would love to share recipes, and advice!!!

Good luck fellow WW

Mini Goal: 17lbs by December 10 (10%)
Ultimate Goal: 35lbs to be 140 and Healthy! (Hopefully by next May

Congratulations on rejoining WW. I did the same thing but this time,
I know I am ready to take control.
Hugs,
