They're in every prepared food! I mistakenly didn't look at the bag of

thought there couldn't be partially hydrogenated oils in meatballs.

Alas,
after eating almost the whole bag, I realized that there are PHO in the
meatballs. That sucks, as these were easy to cook and tasty. This begs
the question as to why they're adding oils like that to meatballs.
Anyway, another lesson learned -- always read the labels, regardless of
what you think should be in there.

My final conclusion for myself, is not to buy any prepared food.

I don't mind not buying prepared food, but every once and a while it would
nice to have something simple, especially because you can buy a huge bag
of these at BJ's/Costco/Sam's and the bags last a long time (at least for
me they do).

huh? Ok, you could avoid trans fats that way, but there are plenty of
prepared, fat free foods that have other stuff in them that isn't healthy,
like high fructose corn syrup, for example.

I have only 3 flaws. My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws.

I associate "fat free" with "loaded with sugar." Even when I was on low
fat, I still read the labels for "fat free" stuff.

how do you make them so that they do not stick to one another in the
freezer, and do not fall apart when cooked?

thanks

freeze separately on a plate then bag them. They won't stick together.

falling apart. need a binder like egg in your recipe.

This was an attempted rhetorical joke question Carmen...... sorry it
seemed to go over your head. What does "dang" mean? Get it? It's a slang
expression for those that don't want to say "damn". It's kind of like using
the even milder "darn". If you still don't get it try this:

Dang....chain, cassette and chainrings too? I've got 2000 miles on my bike,
I guess I might need to consider a new chain too. I already put on a new
cassette when I put on new wheels.

Yes, even 20 miles in the rain can suck. 100 would be unthinkable, imo.
You'd better not preregister
