Food Find and Thoughts on AP Points
Hello everyone!
Wanted to share a new food find. Gardenburger Riblets. They are sooooo good! Only 4 points per serving with two servings per box. Found in the freezer section near the other Gardenburger products. Great smoky sauce too! Also, I was a little down this week as I gained a pound after exercising my butt off recently. I have come to realize a few things since then. One: I do retain water, as most of us do and I have a strong feeling my gain was due to water weight. The other thing is AP points. I know that WW wants us to eat those, but I feel that perhaps I was eating too much. Like most people, once I have that little extra, then I want more and more and more. So, I've decided to stay OP (of course!), eat my flex points (of course!), and continue my exercise regime, but give myself a day or two off to rest, which I hadn't been doing. I'm going to forgo my AP points and see what happens. I've been OP since Dec. and have lost 20 pounds, which I am happy with, but wish that I could just start to see more results. I know this takes time and we have to adjust and so on...I'm just trying to figure out what my body wants and needs and really what it takes to drop off that weight. Anyone in the same boat here or had success forgoing AP points? I'd love to know! Thanks everyone! |

Food Find and Thoughts on AP Points
I eat most of mine as I have a serious problem with starvation mode. The
good news is that you can try not eating them for a period and then adjust, this is never failure just as you said learning what your body needs. Lee Holly Duncan wrote in message ... Hello everyone!
