Imagine an imaginary person who is holding you at gunpoint and demands
that you eat less, more correctly, and exercise more. This is, in
fact, very close to your situation.

You know, that's a great analogy. All these years of yo-yo dieting, I never
really took it "seriously". When the doctor said to me "you're close", that's
when things became clear to me. I always wondered how I would react to a "no
choice" situation, I guess now I know.
