So Frusterated
Hi, Im new here. I have been low cal and exercising regularly (5x wk, running or cycling, and 3x wk weight training) for a month now and have not lost but 2 lbs!!!! I don't have much weight to lose I am just trying to get healthier (I quit smoking 3 months ago) but I dont understand why this isn't working. Its not like I hit a plateau, I just havent lost any weight. Summer is around the corner and I am starting to panic
