Exercising Again -- FINALLY!
I was sick for nearly three weeks and was unable to exercise since the day after
Labor Day (SUPER fatigued). About 3 days ago I started slowly using my bike again (10 min, then 15 min) and did one set of weight training exercises a couple of days ago. Yesterday I used my Ab-Doer Today I was able to do 30 minutes on the bike, 50-100 reps of each exercise on the Ab-Doer and one set of each exercise of weight training (using a Body by Jake Total Body Trainer). FINALLY! About a 1/2 hour afterward I realized that I had, once again, achieved that GREAT feeling where I automatically stand up straighter (because the back and abdominal muscles are getting stronger), and I feel WAAY more flexible and just generally GOOD.
