Food & Exercise -- 7/28/2007
Went to hip-hop class at the gym this morning, then made a grocery
store stop. This afternoon I passed up going to the pool in favor of spending some time on housework :-). Food: * 7:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dried cranberries * 11:45 (driving from gym to grocery store): energy brownie * 1:00 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup * 4:00 (home): Tootsie Pop * 5:00 (home): 1 square dark chocolate {something that turned up in the bread basket when I was cleaning up in the kitchen} * 7:15 (home): salad w/ a bunch of veggies, 1 serving quinoa, 7 oz. shrimp, sprinkling of shredded parmesan, f/f balsamic vinaigrette; 1 glass wine * after dinner -- still drinking it: 1 glass port-style wine Exercise: * 10:30: 1 hour hip-hop cardio class Chris 262/130s/130s |
