absolutely terrible week!
You want to hear the excuses?
birthdays at work. Problem with a blocked tear duct and toothache, and
a splitting headache. I just had to get sympathy food after the tooth
was pulled, that went on for 2 days. Then I went to a night at the
greyhounds - got plastered. Then I was given a bottle of amarone - had
to drink that with a nice meal. (re)Discovered tesco finest chocolate
chip cookies. No exercise since all week
You get the idea.

Anyway I'm back to 191 now and I have to start all over again.

So back OP as of sunday, and a good workout too.

Well I can sympathize. I have to weigh in for September this Saturday,
waited until late in the month so I would avoid the "already weighed in free
for the month" munch fest, then had it anyway.
I think I will make it free, but probably barely.

So, me too, only I am already watching it.

Too right. Actually I weighed myself this morning and unofficially I'm
back to 188. It was probably all the salt from a tube of pringles -
Once you pop...

As long as you keep trying, you will succeed, Ray. Sorry for the bad
week, but that is over now & time to get back OP.
