foods that call out#1
because of VBC's pitas and Audrey's Jelly beans I was wondering what are the
foods you have had to banish after you began, not the things you already knew had issues but things that changed or became an issue, and do you have any ideas why it happened? Mine is of all things pickles which I am considering banning for a bit, I think it is the salt since I already ate pretty low salt before beginning WW and now even less so, Lee |

I cannot make/bake any kind of Weight watcher cookies/sweets etc. I lose
control so easily when that kind of stuff is around especially having been OP for some time. So, none of that allowed in my kitchen. No problems with WW snack cake etc. Okay so why can't I portion out the freshly baked WW cookies the same way you might ask? That's a good question! Got the answer? I seem tobe able to binge very easily. I found some ice-cream last time, and very nice it was too ! I wouldn't dream of eating in while he was here. Ray |
