Food & Exercise -- 7/26/2007
Went for a morning run, then later in the morning to the dentist for
cleaning & checkup. Afterward I ran a few errands, then came home for lunch. I went to the pool for a while in the afternoon. In the evening I went to a public meeting at the local high school regarding parks development. I ate kind of a lot today -- nothing terrible, but more than needed. Food: * 7:45 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & raisins * 11:15 (driving from dentist to grocery): energy cookie * 1:15 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup * 5:15 (pool cafe): peanut butter crackers * 6:15 (home): 6 whole grain crackers w/ Boursin cheese; 1 1/4 glasses of wine (finishing off a bottle) * 9:45 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices f/f cheese & shredded gouda Exercise: * 7:00: 3 mile run * 3:45 -- 6:00: Swimming -- 3 x 14 lengths -- total of 1050 meters Chris 262/130s/130s |
