Hi,
My company sells porkrinds and while they are good for lots of things,
thickening with them just doesn't work. (ask me how I know :-)
My company has a product coming out next week called Gram's Gourmet Quick
Thick'ner. It's in a shaker bottle, a mix of guar and xanthan gums that are
prehydrated for no clumping. Pretty cool....

Second that. NoStarch is a fabulous product. I use it all the time. I love
all the products I've tried from www.expertfoods.com.
