In and of itself its perfectly fine. What really matters is what you are
eating for the rest of the day/week/month/year.

Are you really measuring out 1/8 cup of onion and mushroom? That's 2
tablespoons ..rather anal, don't you think?

I don't know how many calories this adds up to be. The egg beaters
alone come to about 180 calories, if I am doing my math right. The rest
of the ingredients don't look to be too heavy in the amounts you give.
It seems to me, and I am in no way an expert, to be fairly balanced in
terms of nutrition. I suppose it really boils down to what you eat the
rest of the day as well. If you are eating fairly heavily during the
day, this might be a bit much. If you starve yourself during the day,
this might be a bit light. Hard to say, really, if it is good or bad
without knowing more.

Many of us who are on diets do weigh or measure everything we eat.
It may very well be "anal", but since we know that we have a problem
with knowing how much to eat without doing so, we are better doing so.
For many of us, the hassle of being anal is better than the hassle of
staying fat.

In general, measuring is good. But considering the caloric value of
onion and mushroom, I don't see how it matters. (Now, if the flavor
works best when the quantities are exact, that's different.)

I usually eat a pizza or two 2-3 mins before bed.

Good or Bad?

Yes, that's what I meant. I am a pretty anal person myself, but 1/8
tablespoon of onions and mushrooms is negligible in the big scheme of
things.

Rather anal?

You're the one who came up with a thought like that.

You're the one who should shove it.

You go, Annie!

More power to you.

What that person said was incredibly crude, stupid and insensitive.

They're rife here. Ignore it.
