No, I haven't tried it and don't intend to. It is not recommended for
people who have had gallbladder surgery. Besides, that stuff is expensive!
Considering all the side effects and the cost too, a person would be much
wiser to invest the money in a good pair of walking shoes and try exercising
a little instead.

Reason I ask is that surgery,lapband/gastric bypass, would be a very last
resort.

I also have bipolar depression with panic/anxiety.

The medication I am on is causing me to gain weight it seems when I even
take a sip of water.

The doc said today that if I don't start losing weight, he will try me on
another med.

The scary part is that the medication is the best one I have tried thus far
in treating my illness. I have tried countless meds and my case has been
difficult to treat.

I have been going to the gym 1 hour and a half everyday but have gained 6
pounds in one month.

I have definately gained strength but have not lost but have gained weight.

I am willing to risk the anal leakage part as I have had to wear adult
diapers before I had bladder surgery and my hysterectomy.
