STOPPING CAFFEINE
I am addicted to DrPepper.
A 44 ounce a day.... So my body won't think it is being deprived of a life sustaining substance, how should I quit? Slowly going do to the smallest cup? Kiddie size? I'm serious... I like it so much I think my blood type is DP! AllMightyFatOne |

STOPPING CAFFEINE
Everyone is different...I never really was into soda...My Mom always gave us
water at dinner...She was wise...Although I remember when not drinking while eating was supposedly the way and Mom also went there for a while...Quit cold turkey...You might get a headache...Maybe a little withdrawal is helpful...Or reduce until you just give it up...Find a plan and follow it...You have much more control over these things then you realize...Just want it...GG "AllMightyFatOne" wrote in message ... OK, so the only fizz I drink is champaign, so who am I to talk! Reducing slowly sounds good. You are less likely to suffer withdrawal symptoms. Go down a size a week until you can quit altogether, and save the cash for a non-food treat when you finally wean yourself off it. -- Kate XXXXXX R.C.T.Q Madame Chef des Trolls Lady Catherine, Wardrobe Mistress of the Chocolate Buttons http://www.katedicey.co.uk Click on Kate's Pages and explore! |

STOPPING CAFFEINE
cut down a few ounces at a time, caffeine is a drug and when I tried to quit
coffee it landed me in the migraine zone, even if it is one ounce a week you will be cutting back, and saving points, everything works best in baby steps for me, Lee, btw, you might try and have 4 ounce amounts to see what your starting minimum really is, Lee AllMightyFatOne wrote in message ...
