Thank you~Sunshyne! I check the web since I am taking One A Day vitamins.
I found my answers on the web, JFY!! So I will start the new one (CarbSmart)
after finishing my WeightSmart!


Your welcome! I have taken them for two days now. So far not a problem. I have
been sleeping better, my legs were giving me problems like pain at night. It
was more restful sleep last night.
